We all dream of achieving many things in our life. Our childhood is one phase where we dreamt of many things. Well, lucky are the ones whose dreams get fulfilled while some dreams fade away with time.

But an 88-year-old farmer’s dream was fulfilled after 80 years which is just beyond words.

The farmer named Devarajan H became the proud owner of a Mercedes-Benz B-Class recently but there’s something extremely special about this.

Devarajan H saw a car which had a three-pointed star at the age of 8 and he was totally smitten by its beauty.  He then had made up his mind to buy the same car one day. Well, it took him a good eight decades to fulfil his dream. He finally bought one at the age of 88. No prizes for guessing that the three-pointed star logo was of the brand Mercedes-Benz.

Devarajan’s time was utilized for raising his kids and working and also things were not easy for this farmer who hailed from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.

But in the second innings of life, his wife reminded him of his childhood dream and just a few days back, he along with his wife and kids went to take delivery of his new brand car Mercedes-Benz B-Class. This luxurious car is known for its high roof and spacious cabin. The ex-showroom price of the car starts at Rs. 32 lakhs in Tamil Nadu. He gives all the credits to his wife who supported him.

Devarajan’s joy has no bounds while he was signing the car papers. At the store, he celebrated his new purchase with his family and friends. The staff members joined the celebrations too.

The farmer was seen lifting the cover from the B-Class along with his wife in the showroom. He was later seen on the co-driver seat of the vehicle when they were driving out of the showroom. It is quite a feat to buy a Mercedes-Benz vehicle in India due to high import taxes but dreams do come true.

Many congratulations to Devarajan and his family!
