Few people can boast of having a good tan by the end of winter. But if your skin is completely pale compared to its normal appearance, this is a sign that you do not have vitamin B12.
Without it, we feel discouraged and tired. To restore the correct level of this vitamin, you need to eat more meat and seafood.
2. Dry Hair

Dry, brittle hair covered with a large amount of dandruff may be a sign that you do not have biotin, known as vitamin B7. This is usually the result of the use of antibiotics.
To increase B7 levels, you must eat meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, and vegetables more often. And forget about dieting for a while.

If you have noticed swelling around your eyes in your limbs your body may lack iodine. The most common source is iodized salt. Iodine is also contained in seafood (lobsters, shrimp, seaweed), dairy products, and even bread.

Pale lips can be a sign that a person does not have iron. Low blood pressure and regular colds can be other signs of this. Recovering a healthy amount is not difficult. You simply need to eat more red meat and stop eating calcium-rich foods for a while.
5. Bleeding Gums

Bleeding gums can indicate a lack of vitamin C. A reduced amount of this can lead to weak immunity, muscle pain, and tooth problems. Vitamin C is found in citrus fruits and red bell peppers.
6. Unexplained Fatigue, Dizziness, or Pins and Needles
If you’re exhausted, even after a good night’s sleep, your body may not have vitamin B12. In this case, the transport of oxygen to the organs is avoided and causes fatigue, dizziness, and drowsiness.
This vitamin also participates in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system. Lack of this can cause numbness or a sensation of electric shock waves.
It is important to remember that these are all indirect symptoms of vitamin deficiency. If you have already noticed one of the above situations, consult a doctor for a more accurate diagnosis.
