In a bid to keep people entertained while they are locked inside their homes due to coronavirus outbreak, DD National is bringing its iconic shows back on TV. They have already started the re-telecast of BR Chopra’s Ramayan followed by India’s first superhero show, Shaktimaan.
Shaktimaan, as expected, has made the 90s’ kids who have grown up watching the show very nostalgic.
130 crore Indians will together get the opportunity to watch Shaktiman on DD once again. Wait for the announcement. pic.twitter.com/MfhtvUZf5y

In fact, Doordarshan is also planning to bring back shows like Chanakya and Shriman Shrimati too. I’m personally waiting for Malgudi Days though, hope they get it back too!
