Two days back, on the 24th of March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation once more to announce a complete lockdown as a measure to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus. The police have been keeping strict vigilance on the streets and in some cases, are taking action against those stepping out.
The victim was rushed to a local hospital but the doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The police, on the other hand, denied these claims and said that the man suffered from prior heart conditions and died because of a cardiac arrest.
Many families have been affected by the sudden lockdown announcement and are facing a shortage of household essentials. Shouldn’t the police and the government consider such emergencies?
