Many schools have switched to online classes and lectures amid coronavirus lockdown. While everyone is trying hard to ensure that the education of students doesn’t suffer, it’s not possible to replace real classes with virtual ones with the same efficiency. After all, students cannot clear all their doubts during online classes like they used to do in offline lectures.
And Waba did reply to her mail but he also knew that Rylee was struggling with the lesson. So he picked up his whiteboard and a marker and arrived at Rylee’s porch who lived nearby.
Waba sat outside her home maintaining the social distancing protocol and cleared all her doubts while Rylee took notes and nodded from inside the door. “He made it easier to understand. I appreciated him coming over,” Rylee said.
Talking about the picture of Rylee and her Math teacher that he has shared on social media, her father Josh Anderson said, “The picture just shows the length that which teachers will go to help their students at any cost during these times,” reports Fox News.
Within 10 minutes Rylee understood the concept said Waba as she smiled at him and thanked him in the end. “That’s what teachers are looking for, those smiles. That’s the joy of being a teacher and that’s what we do it for,” Waba said.
