Rescue Dog Saves Baby Girl’s Life
This family adopted Duke six years ago, but how he’s paid them back they could have never imagined. He may look like an ordinary dog – but he has done something extraordinary that will have the Brousseau family forever indebted to them. He jumped on their bed and began shaking uncontrollably. This immediately woke the family up knowing this behavior was not normal for him.
The family knew something wasn’t right and went into their daughter Harper’s room who is only nine weeks old. They discovered she wasn’t breathing and called an ambulance. Thankfully she was revived and brought to the hospital where she has made a full recovery. The family knows they would have gone to sleep and have their dog to thank for saving their baby. Mom says “He’s the perfect dog, he was meant to be ours.” We couldn’t agree more.
